Installation condition:

U-shape rail:

• 1. The width of the groove on the low side of the rail is less than or equal to 15mm, the distance from the upper surface of the bottom of the ring to the bottom surface of the rail: 3-32M, the thickness of the ring is not more than 5mm.
• 2. In addition to straight rail, curtain robot also supports arc type.

• 4. Does not support the profiled track with cornering device

I-shape rail:

• 2. In addition to straight rail, curtain robot also supports arc type.
• 3. For shaped rail, the turn needs to meet the conditions: from the starting point of the turn to the arc tangent reverse corresponding to the distance between the wall being greater than or equal to 25cm
• 4. Does not support the shaped track with a cornering device.

Installation Notes:

• 1. In order to ensure the installation effect, please wipe the surface of the track before installing the curtain machine.
• 2. If you want to use a curtain robot to control the curtains on double track curtains at the same time, you need to install the curtain robot for the front and back curtains separately, and the distance between the front and back track edges should be more than or equal to 5mm. If the distance between the front and back track is less than 5mm, the curtains may interfere with each other when they are opened and closed.
• 3. It is not recommended to install the curtain robot on a track with a long service life, due to the aging of the track or rings, the material is fragile, which may cause the curtains to fall off or fall down.
• 4. If the height of the curtain itself is too high to cause the curtain fabric dragged to the bottom, in order to ensure the product experience, please roll up the bottom edge of the curtain, to no longer contact with the bottom surface.
